Cancellation Policy
Snorkel Tour Policy 1. Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that snorkeling carries inherent risks. By participating, they agree that the tour provider is not responsible for any physical injuries or damages sustained during the activity. Participants take part at their own risk. 2. Post-Service Responsibility: The tour provider is not responsible for any issues or concerns arising after completing the snorkel tour. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: • Customer-Initiated Cancellations: • Cancellations made five days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund minus a 6% transaction fee for bank charges. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than five days before the tour. • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: • In cases where the tour must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, the same refund policy applies, with a 6% transaction fee deducted for bank charges.
