I agree to follow all instructions given by the crew and acknowledge that failure to do so may increase my personal risk. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and for the safety of any minors in my care during the tour. I understand that weather or sea conditions may require changes to the itinerary for safety reasons. In such cases, the operator may reschedule, modify, or cancel the tour in accordance with the stated Cancellation & Refund Policy. By booking, I release the tour operator, staff, and affiliates from any liability related to personal injury, loss, or property damage, except where prohibited by law. I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in snorkeling activities and will notify the crew of any medical conditions or concerns before the tour begins.
