Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled tour date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% to cover bank fees and administrative expenses. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your tour. You will be offered the option to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred before the day of the event, such as national park fees or other relevant charges, will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation.
