Return Policy: We want to ensure your satisfaction with your snorkeling boat tour experience. Please review our return policy below: Free Cancellation Period: You have up to 15 days from the date of booking to cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after the 15-day free cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 15 days of the scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled tour date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% to cover bank fees and administrative expenses. Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the free cancellation period will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred before the day of the event, such as national park fees or other relevant charges, will be deducted from the refund amount in case of cancellation. Booking Modifications: If you need to modify your booking or reschedule your tour date, please contact us at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled tour date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
